TouchDirectory is a Building Directory software application. With TouchDirectory and a PC, a touch screen, and a kiosk, you have a complete electronic building directory system.

TouchDirectory is compatible with Windows XP, and 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000

TouchDirectory uses an Access database file (.MDB) to store its database. Updates are fast, easy, and accurate.

You can network the TouchDirectory system so that you can update it from your local PC or tie multiple directories together sharing a common database

All screens are customizable using standard image files (JPG, BMP, etc) - build any background, and color scheme

Complete directory system (PC, TouchDirectory Software, 17" LCD open frame touch screen, completed graphics and initial database loaded)  is only $3,995 (does not include kiosk).

The main menu is completely customizable except for the placement of the keys on the keyboard.  Here are some examples:

Directory Listing

Note: There are actually 5 fields (or columns) that you can display.  The screen below only shows two fields.  You can display Name (or Company Name), phone number, title, floor, and suite #.  You can also customize the names of the columns, for example, change the title field to cell phone #.

Information Screen

The information screen is simply a JPG file that is completely customizable in terms of the information it displays, color scheme, graphics, etc.  It is normally used by the building owner or leasing agent to contain building and leasing contact information.

This is a self-contained application that is included for adding and updating your building directory.  Although the database is in Access format, you do not need Access on the Directory PC, nor a different update PC (if updated remotely).

Installation

A touch directory system can be installed either as a stand-alone kiosk, or in a wall, or a security desk.

Kiosks - Kiosk Cabinets

Wall or desk installation - normally, the PC is placed behind the wall or desk, and only the LCD screen is showing.   There are a variety of sizes and styles of LCD panels.  Here are some examples:

To install, download the ZIP file, unpack it, and run Setup. The demo version only works if you install it in the default directory so don't change the installation directory.
