This is a 2 or 3 part setup. The camera feeds the analog (or DV
digital) signal to the Osprey card mounted in a standard PC. The
Osprey card encodes the video and broadcasts it out either directly to
users, or to a streaming server.
Encoders can be dedicated rack mount streaming engines, or standard PCs
with special encoder cards installed. The board level product that
