If you are connecting to a PC, you need a PC monitor. For connection to a video source, you need a video monitor. Certain monitors are dual input - both VGA and video, but not many. Video monitors - a video monitor connects to a video source. The video source can be in several formats including composite, S-Video, component, DV, and SDI video. When selecting a video monitor, you want to select one that is compatible and the correct specification for the system. Brands of video monitors we offer include: Sony, Panasonic, JVC, Marshall (rack mount), and a few others. PC monitors - they connect via the old style VGA connector or the new DVI digital connector. When selecting a computer monitor, make sure that you have the same connections on your VGA card on your PC as the monitor has.
