A tungsten balanced continuous light providing a high output, cost effective solution for your digital photography, still and video needs. The extended single-ended bulb, protective dome, and low noise cooling fan make the Scanlite Digital 1000 an efficient source to place in a softbox or attach to most other Elinchrom accessories. Lower light output can be achieved without altering the 3200°K color temperature by using lower wattage lamps with the same Kelvin rating. 1000w FEL lamp. Protective Pyrex dome. Low noise cooling fan with independent on/off control. Overheat protection: by thermal cut out. Compatible with most Elinchrom softboxes, reflectors, and grids.
