Our designers will create system designs and drawings that our installers use to guide the installation. Once the equipment is all received in our warehouse, our on-staff, experienced installation crews will come on site to install the system. They are experienced at working with customers, but also designers, consultants, and general contractors – they will coordinate the installation with other trades. Once the system is installed, it will be completely tested and the customer trained. The project manager will review the installation while in progress, and when complete.t.
We’re here to service and support you on the AV installations that we design, sell, and install. We offer a 90 day installation warranty on workmanship and parts, and most parts are additionally warranted by the manufacturer for 1 year or more.
Besides systems that we have installed, we’re available to service installations provided by other companies.

When we include programming in your AV installation, we provide you with the code. This is extremely important for the future life of your system, and most AV integrators do not do this.
